How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We always strive to deliver your package with the fastest carrier. The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days within the Netherlands. In Belgium, the standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. For the rest of the EU countries, the standard delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Which payment methods can I use?

Within the Netherlands, a payment request is sent. In Belgium, payment is made via bank transfer. The rest of the EU countries can use PayPal or bank transfer.

Are all your products authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on our website are authentic. Before we list a product on our website, it is thoroughly checked for authenticity. Selling counterfeit products is prohibited by law.

Are all products new?

Yes, all products listed on our site are brand new. We deliver everything with labels included. We do not sell used products.

How can I sign up for stock updates?

When a product is sold out, you can leave your email address. You can do this by clicking on 'Notify me.' This way, you will automatically be informed as soon as the product is back in stock.

No, at the moment we only ship to EU countries.

 

 

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your location. In the Netherlands, we charge €7.95. In Belgium, the price is €10.95. For the rest of the EU countries, the cost is €12.95.

Can I return items?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns yet because the products we have are very exclusive. That’s why we always advise you to choose your size carefully in advance.
